Matrix and Redken trained, I use a variety of color brands, on top of my training to accommodate each individual client. Cancellation Policy
To schedule an appointment as a new client, I do require a $50 deposit on all services of $90 or more.
The deposit will go towards the total cost of your appointment, however if you cancel or no show, your deposit will not be refunded. Also to all returning clients if you cancel in less then 48 hours or NO SHOW there is a fee up to 50% of that service to book your next appointment which will NOT be placed towards the service cost. This will be considered a separate charge paid prior to appointment (this is for ALL clients).
This also applies to NO SHOWS and or those who cancel same day or are late by 15 mins, without giving me proper notice, will be considered as a NO SHOW and charged the fee in order to rebook.
